How long is the time for my delivery?
We are currently processing all orders in 1-2 days. The overall time for your order to be delivered in 7-14 business days. Due to customs formalities in some countries, an order might be further delayed.
When do I receive my refund?
At first, we will inspect your returned item. After doing so, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your package. Also, you will get notified if the refund is approved or rejected. If we approved your refund, it would be automatically processed and applied to your credit card or your PayPal account. This process takes some days, depending on the location of your bank.
How much are my shipping costs?
As of right now, we are only delivering to the United States. So our shipping costs are 4,99$ US Flat Rate.
Where is our location?
Our international headquarter is located in Gelsenkirchen, Germany.
Why do I get an error message during checkout?
Typically, this happens in case of a problem with your credit card information, shipping, or billing information. Please double-check your information provided, watch out for typos, or try reformatting the address so that our system can process it. In most cases, this will solve the issue.
Will my package arrive in time for a festival or during the holidays?
It all depends on the time you placed your order. For example: If you placed your order during the winter holidays in December of November, a delay might be possible, but there is absolutely no guarantee! Again, we are shipping our packages internationally. And as always, the holiday season is sadly the worst time for doing online shopping. During the holidays, everyone is ordering online. Many Mail carriers are getting backup staff during that time for all the shipping they have to process. What results are shipping times that take a lot longer. Please consider all of this and consider that your order is being shipped to you internationally. It will take some time for your package to arrive. So if you are thinking about making your order as a present for your friends or wanting to wear something at a particular music festival, please think deeply before making an order. If your delivery is not on time, it is not our fault or the fault of our staff members. And also, it is not the fault of the mail carrier. The nature of online shopping, especially during the holiday season, has always been challenging for delivery services to keep up their hard work. Please think carefully before ordering during the holiday season.
How can I pay?
All credit card payments are secured by STRIPE. We are accepting all credit or debit cards. Also, we are offering a secure checkout via Paypal.
Can I be featured on the social media accounts of Rave or Sleep?
By purchasing one of the products from our store, you join the Rave or Sleep family. In addition, by posting photos of your festival outfit while using the hashtag #raveorsleep, you have a high chance of being reposted by our official accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or wherever you are.
Will all of my items arrive together in 1 package?
Don't worry! All items are on the way to you. We are shipping our products from different departments and warehouses worldwide. So sometimes, not all of the things you ordered are coming from the same location. In case this happens, then your items will be shipped separately. So don't worry, all items are on the way. If you still have any questions, feel free to contact us.
My package didn't arrive, and I placed my order over a month ago. What can I do?
As we previously mentioned: Sometimes It can take some time for the shipping to arrive. This can happen when a shipment is stuck at a checkpoint or going through a customs process. It can get stuck there for an extended period and will continue its way to your location. Contact us at: info@rave-or-sleep.com, and we will give you notice of where your shipment currently is. Again, the Corona crisis has messed up some delivery routes worldwide, and it may be because of that, that your shipment is not on time. We ask you to be patient in case this happens.
How is the global pandemic affecting my order?
The Corona crisis is a global phenomenon that forces many places to shut down. Also, because of that a lot of people are now working. In general, the process of international shipments has slowed down because of the Covid crisis. This can effect your order and shipping time at the Rave or Sleep online shop. In addition, many places like warehouses are practicing social distancing, so, likely, you won't receive all items in one package.
